Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 15, 2023, Alight, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its investor day at the New York Stock Exchange as well as the release of mid-term financial targets. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Report”).

 

Additionally, on May 15, 2023, the Company made available an investor presentation titled “Alight Investor Day 2023” through the Investors section of its website (http://investor.alight.com).
