WGL Holdings, Inc. Raises Annual Dividend $0.02 Per Share to $2.06

Represents the 43rd Consecutive Annual Increase in Common Stock Dividend

The Board of Directors of WGL Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:WGL), the parent company of Washington Gas Light Company (Washington Gas), on February 22, 2018, voted to increase the annualized dividend on its common stock by 2-cents to $2.06 per share from $2.04 per share. The Board of Directors also declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.515 per share of common stock. The quarterly dividend is payable May 1, 2018, to shareholders of record on April 10, 2018.

With this dividend increase, Washington Gas now has raised the cash dividend on its common stock for 43 consecutive years. The company has one of the longest dividend payment records on the New York Stock Exchange, with 167 years of dividend payments to shareholders.
