      Valero L.P. (NYSE:VLI) today announced that 2006 tax packages, which 
      include the Schedule K-1, are available online at www.valerolp.com 
      in the Investors portion of the Web site. Valero L.P. expects to start 
      mailing the 2006 tax packages beginning March 7, 2007. For additional 
      K-1 tax information, unitholders may call 800-310-6595.
    
    
      2006 tax packages for Valero GP Holdings, LLC (NYSE:VEH) are expected to 
      be mailed by March 12, 2007, and will be available online beginning 
      March 7, 2007, at www.valerogpholdings.com 
      in the Investors portion of the Web site.
