Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. Selects VDM Specialists for Its IPO

NEW YORK, Nov. 16  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- VDM Specialists, LLC has commenced the trading of Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:HTZ), the largest worldwide general use car rental brand, on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). The initial public offering (IPO) comprised the sale of 88.2 million shares of common stock priced at $15 raising approximately $1.32 billion for the Company.
