(1)	Shares purchased at prices ranging from $19.74 to $19.76 by the Sarah G. Colley Revocable Trust, of which Sarah G. Colley, the spouse of Bryan Colley, is the trustee and beneficiary.
(2)	Of such shares, 5,950 shares are restricted shares, subject to vesting, issued pursuant to the Issuer's Amended and Restated Restricted Stock Award Plan. 888 shares were acquired under the Issuer's dividend reinvestment plan.
(3)	Shares held by Collgates Bryan Trust, of which Sarah G. Colley, the spouse of Bryan Colley, is the trustee and beneficiary.
