Item 5.02      Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On December 22, 2010, George J. Vojta, a member of the Board of Directors of Urstadt Biddle Properties Inc. (“Company”), died.  Mr. Vojta served as a member of the Company’s Audit Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.  The remaining directors and management of the Company are deeply appreciative of Mr. Vojta’s many contributions to the success of Urstadt Biddle Properties over his more than ten years of service as a director.
