release its third quarter 2005 earnings on the afternoon of November
2, 2005. Maritrans' management will host an investor conference call
on Thursday, November 3, 2005, at 9:00 a.m. eastern time to discuss

Following the teleconference, a replay of the call may be accessed by

The replay will be available from 12:00 p.m. eastern time on Thursday,
