release its first quarter 2006 earnings on the afternoon of May 1,
2006. Maritrans' management will host an investor conference call on
Tuesday, May 2, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. eastern time to discuss the

to building and operating petroleum transport vessels for the U.S.
