Given the size of the dividend, pursuant to New York Stock Exchange rules, the ex-date will be January 16, 2015.

Under the provisions of the Internal Revenue Code, this dividend would be included in taxable income in 2014, for those shareholders subject to tax. Shareholders should consult their own tax advisors, in particular, if they are planning to sell their shares.
