The posting will include information relating to each Institutional Closed-End Fund's complete portfolio holdings for the quarter ended September 30, 2005.  Morgan Stanley Investment Management intends to make complete holdings information for its Closed-End Funds available approximately 30 calendar days following the end of the most recent quarter.
