TSYS Announces Second-Quarter 2016 Dividend

TSYS (NYSE: TSS) today announced that its board of directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share on TSYS common stock, payable July 1, 2016, to TSYS shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 23, 2016.
