On December 12, 2016, William A. Pruett, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Client Officer of Total System Services, Inc. (“TSYS”) and President, TSYS North America, notified TSYS of his decision to retire from his position as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Client Officer of TSYS and President, TSYS North America, effective April 1, 2017.
