holiday season. Trizec Properties, 777 Tower Associates and Cushman &
Wakefield, collectively, gave $30,000 to the relief fund ($15k to the fire
relief fund and an additional $15k to the local disaster relief fund to assist

Tower: Ernst & Young LLP, Jackson Lewis, Marsh USA, Inc. and United National

Guests at the event were treated to a special concert featuring legendary Latin
jazz artist Poncho Sanchez. They also enjoyed an interactive game park, which
included basketball, air hockey, billiards and a face painter, and received
complimentary holiday treats and special shopping discounts at 7+FIG, the
on-site retail center at the foot of the property. Special guests, including
the Laker Girls and Santa Claus, posed for complimentary pictures with those in
attendance.
The 65-foot-tall, Douglas White Fir tree was hand picked in June 2003 from Mount
Shasta, California and was decorated with over 6,000 ornaments, 5,000 lights and
2,000 bows. The tree will be displayed at Ernst & Young Plaza through January
3rd, 2004.
