Item 5.02  Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 9, 2018, Mark D. Williamson announced his intention to resign from his position of Vice President of Marketing, Petrochemical Company, of Trecora Resources to pursue other opportunities, effective immediately.
