Item 7.01			Regulation FD Disclosure.

On April 12, 2023, SiriusPoint Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release acknowledging that Third Point LLC and certain of its affiliates, including Daniel Loeb, filed a Schedule 13D/A indicating their intention to explore a potential acquisition of all, or substantially all, of the outstanding Common Shares of the Company. The press release is furnished with this report as Exhibit 99.1.
