(NYSE: TMS), the parent company of Tube City IMS Corporation, a leading provider of outsourced industrial services to steel mills globally, today announced that it plans to release its first quarter 2013 financial results before the opening of trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Thursday, April 25, 2013 to be followed by a conference call at 11 a.m. Eastern time.
