Item 5.02.  Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On February 13, 2017, B. Michael Becker, a director of Tailored Brands, Inc. (the Company”), notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of his decision not to stand for re-election as a director and his term will expire on the date of the Company’s 2017 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.  Mr. Becker indicated that he has declined to stand for re-election for personal reasons and not as the result of any disagreement with the Board or with the Company’s management.
