AquaVenture Holdings Limited (NYSE: WAAS)
On January 27th a proxy was filed with the SEC regarding the AquaVenture-Culligan merger. Under the proposed transaction shareholders of AquaVenture will receive $27.10 for every share owned.
Telaria, Inc. (NYSE: TLRA)
On February 7th a registration statement was filed with the SEC regarding the Telaria-Rubicon merger. Under the proposed transaction shareholders of Telaris will receive 1.082 shares of Rubicon for every share of owned.
