Talisman Energy Inc. (TLM.T) is in talks to sell its pipeline operations servicing the Marcellus Shale region to Regency Energy Partners L.P. (RGP), Bloomberg News reported Monday on its website, citing people with knowledge of the matter.
A deal, which may come in the next three weeks, could value the operations at about $1 billion. Talisman is being advised on the matter by Citigroup Inc. (C), the people said.
