On November 10, 2008 Telkom SA Limited (“Telkom”) announced that it has entered into agreements to acquire 100% of MWEB Africa Limited and 75% of MWEB Namibia (Proprietary) Limited for US$63 million. A copy of the announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
On November 10, 2008, Telkom announced the appointment of Mr. Peter Nelson as Chief Financial Officer and director of Telkom with effect from December 8, 2008. A copy of the announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
On November 11, 2008, Vodacom Group (Proprietary) Limited (unlisted), in which Telkom has a 50% holding, announced its provisional results for the six months ended September 30, 2008. A copy the announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.3 and is incorporated herein by reference.
