The Turkish Investment Fund, Inc. Announces Information Regarding Liquidation of the Fund

The Turkish Investment Fund, Inc. (NYSE:TKF) (the “Fund”) announced today that its Board of Directors approved the liquidation and dissolution of the Fund, subject to stockholder approval at the meeting of stockholders to be held on June 21, 2017.

The Fund is a closed-end, U.S.-registered management investment company and seeks long-term capital appreciation through investments primarily in equity securities of Turkish corporations.
