On June 21, 2017, Teladoc, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the pricing of the previously announced offering of convertible senior notes due 2022.

 

A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated by reference herein.
