Paris (France), September 11(th), 2013 - Technicolor (Euronext Paris: TCH) today
announced  the  signing  of  a  three-year  contract  extension  to continue the
development  and offering of a  range of High Definition  set-top boxes and home
video services for DIRECTV.

Over the past 20 years Technicolor has been a reliable provider of set-top boxes
to  DIRECTV,  developing  a  satellite  TV  technology  skillset  and  portfolio
positioning  Technicolor last year  as the second  largest worldwide set-top box
