TCF to Hold Its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on April 24, 2019

TCF Financial Corporation (TCF) (NYSE: TCF) today announced its annual meeting of stockholders will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. CDT at the DoubleTree by Hilton Minneapolis – Park Place, 1500 Park Place Boulevard, Minneapolis, Minnesota. Holders of record of TCF common stock at the close of business on February 25, 2019 will be eligible to vote at the annual meeting.
