Pape joined TCF Commercial Banking three years ago and brings 30 years of banking experience to the role, with 25 of those years focused on commercial real estate financing. Pape also models the commitment of TCF team members to improving the communities where they live and work. He cofounded and chairs the Fenwick (Ill.) Business Council and serves on the economic development committee for Elmwood Park, Illinois. He is the past president of the Sheridan Carrol Food Pantry in Chicago and a former board member for the St. Vincent Ferrer School in River Forest, Illinois. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers, and a former member of the Homebuilders Association.
