The corrected release reads:

SYBASE SCHEDULES 2009 ANNUAL MEETING OF STOCKHOLDERS

Sybase, Inc. (NYSE: SY) today announced that it has scheduled its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Tuesday, April 14, 2009, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time. Sybase’s Annual Meeting will take place at its corporate headquarters located at One Sybase Drive, Dublin, California 94568. The record date for determining eligibility to vote at the 2009 Annual Meeting is February 27, 2009.

To access the Webcast, please visit the Sybase Website at least 30 minutes before scheduled start time to download any necessary software.
