NEW YORK, Feb. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Syniverse Holdings Inc. (NYSE:SVR) will replace Advanced Medical Optics Inc. (NYSE:EYE) in the S&P MidCap 400 after the close of trading on a date to be announced. Advanced Medical Optics is being acquired by S&P 100 and 500 constituent Abbott Laboratories (NYSE:ABT) in a cash tender offer that is still pending final approvals.
