STAG Industrial, Inc. (NYSE:STIR), a company focused on the acquisition, ownership and management of single-tenant industrial properties throughout the United States, announced that on April 20, 2011 it closed its initial public offering of 13,750,000 shares at a price to the public of $13.00 per share. The shares of common stock are traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “STIR.”

BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan and UBS Investment Bank were the joint book-running managers for the offering, and RBC Capital Markets, Evercore Partners, Keefe, Bruyette & Woods and RBS were the co-managers for the offering.
