Remarks: Remarks: The Reporting Person's status as an insider of SunTrust Banks, Inc. ("SunTrust") terminated on December 6, 2019 as a result of the closing of the merger of SunTrust with and into BB&T Corporation ("BB&T") with BB&T continuing as the surviving corporation under the new name of Truist Financial Corporation . The Reporting Person became a director of Truist Financial Corporation as of the effective time of the merger.
