On December 2, 2024, Stewart Information Services Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.50 per share of the Company’s common stock for the fourth quarter 2024, payable December 30, 2024, to common stockholders of record on December 16, 2024‎. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
