( 1)	Restricted Stock Units awarded to the Company's independent Directors representing the equity portion of their quarterly retainer fees.
( 2)	These RSUs vest and convert to Company Common Stock on the first anniversary of the grant date.
( 3)	RSUs valued at $150,000 awarded to Directors in connection with the Company's emergence from bankruptcy proceedings. The value of the RSUs awarded was based on the average of the closing prices on the New York Stock Exchange for the 30 calendar days following the listing date of the underlying Common Stock. One-third of these RSUs vest and convert to shares of the Company's Common Stock on each of the first, second and third anniversaries of the award date.
