      Directors of Seligman Select Municipal Fund, Inc. (NYSE: SEL) today 
      declared an income dividend of $0.04 per share, and Directors of 
      Seligman Quality Municipal Fund, Inc. (NYSE: SQF) declared an income 
      dividend of $0.041 per share. The dividends for each fund will be 
      payable November 22, 2006 to their respective shareholders of record on 
      November 13, 2006. Shares of Seligman Select Municipal Fund, Inc. and 
      Seligman Quality Municipal Fund, Inc. will be offered “ex-dividend” 
      on November 8, 2006.
