Seligman Select Municipal Fund, Inc. and Seligman Quality Municipal Fund, Inc. Declare June Income Dividend Distributions

Directors of Seligman Select Municipal Fund, Inc.
(NYSE:SEL) today declared an income dividend of $0.04 per share, and
Directors of Seligman Quality Municipal Fund, Inc., (NYSE:SQF)
declared an income dividend of $0.041 per share. The dividends for
each fund will be payable June 23, 2006 to its respective shareholders
of record on June 15, 2006. Shares of Seligman Select Municipal Fund,
Inc. and Seligman Quality Municipal Fund, Inc. will be offered
"ex-dividend" on June 13, 2006.
