Seligman Select Municipal Fund, Inc. and Seligman Quality Municipal Fund, Inc. Declare January Income Dividend Distributions

Directors of Seligman Select Municipal Fund, Inc. (NYSE:
SEL) today declared an income dividend of $0.0450 per share, and
Directors of Seligman Quality Municipal Fund, Inc., (NYSE: SQF)
declared an income dividend of $0.0475 per share. The dividends for
both funds will be payable January 23, 2006 to shareholders of record
on January 13, 2006. Shares of Seligman Select Municipal Fund, Inc.
and Seligman Quality Municipal Fund, Inc. will be offered
"ex-dividend" on January 11, 2006.
