Seligman Select Municipal Fund, Inc. and Seligman Quality Municipal Fund, Inc. Declare November Income Dividend Distributions

Directors of Seligman Select Municipal Fund, Inc. (NYSE:
SEL) today declared an income dividend of $0.0475 per share, and
Directors of Seligman Quality Municipal Fund, Inc., (NYSE: SQF)
declared an income dividend of $0.0475 per share. The dividends for
both funds will be payable November 23, 2005 to shareholders of record
on November 14, 2005. Shares of Seligman Select Municipal Fund, Inc.
and Seligman Quality Municipal Fund, Inc. will be offered
"ex-dividend" on November 9, 2005.
