Seligman Select Municipal Fund, Inc. and Seligman Quality Municipal Fund, Inc. Declare September Income Dividend Distributions

Directors of Seligman Select Municipal Fund, Inc. (NYSE:
SEL) today declared an income dividend of $0.0475 per share, and
Directors of Seligman Quality Municipal Fund, Inc., (NYSE: SQF)
declared an income dividend of $0.0475 per share. The dividends for
both funds will be payable September 23, 2005 to shareholders of
record on September 16, 2005. Shares of Seligman Select Municipal
Fund, Inc. and Seligman Quality Municipal Fund, Inc. will be offered
"ex-dividend" on September 14, 2005.
