      On Friday, February 23, 2007, the closing net asset value (NAV) for 
      Seligman Quality Municipal Fund, Inc. (NYSE: SQF) was incorrectly 
      reported as $14.29, an increase of $0.23. The correct closing NAV is 
      $14.07, up $0.01.
