Total net assets of the Fund on May 31, 2011 were $71,311,603 compared with $69,293,175 on February 28, 2011 and $54,061,113 on May 31, 2010.  On May 31, 2011 the net asset value per share was $8.01 based on 8,905,699 shares outstanding.
