Sterlite Industries (India) Limited (the "Company") announced that it has filed its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the year ended March 31, 2011 containing its audited consolidated financial statements under IFRS, for the year ended March 31, 2011 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
