World's First Clinical Images Released Using 64-Slice CT Scanner



MALVERN, Pa., May 10  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Siemens today released the
world's first clinical images of the carotid arteries acquired using the
SOMATOM Sensation 64(TM) computed tomography system, which takes 64 "slices" of
the human anatomy, delivering unprecedented diagnostic detail in less than 10
seconds.
