Issue of Options

The Board of SRS Technology Group plc announce that on 22 August 2003, following
the recent placing, the Company granted EMI options totalling 1,425,339 Ordinary
Shares of 1p each to executive directors and other staff members.   The exercise
price for these options is 5.5p.  Exercise of these options is subject to
achievement of the performance criteria as set out in the EMI scheme.

The options have been granted to the executive directors as follows:
