Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On April 6, 2020, Terminix Commercial, a business unit of ServiceMaster Global Holdings, Inc., announced that it’s launching a new disinfecting service meant to meet the commercial demand for such services in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. In connection with this announcement, Terminix Commercial issued a press release on April 6, 2020, a copy of which is being furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
