Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.  

  

ServiceMaster Global Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) reported today that Mary Kay Wegner will leave the Company and the position of President of ServiceMaster Brands. The Company also reported that Ms. Aster Angagaw is expected to join the Company on May 13, 2019, and will be named the new President of ServiceMaster Brands. It is expected that Ms. Wegner will receive separation benefits consistent with the Company’s standard practices and guidelines disclosed in its 2019 Proxy Statement.
