(NASDAQ: PBCT), the holding company for People's United Bank, N.A., announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Suffolk Bancorp (NYSE: SCNB), the holding company for Suffolk County National Bank. The 100% stock transaction was announced on June 27, 2016.
