On March 2, 2023, ChargePoint Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for its fiscal fourth quarter ended January 31, 2023. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
