Riviera Beach Resident Wins RentWay's National Sweepstakes

Smith of Riviera Beach, Florida, is the third of twelve winners in RentWay's
Second Annual Harley-Davidson(R) Motorcycle Giveaway.  RentWay is one of the
nation's largest rental-purchase companies.

The Giveaway ran through June 18 and offered participants the chance to win a
Harley-Davidson(R) motorcycle each week for twelve weeks.  One lucky winner was
randomly selected weekly from entries submitted at RentWay stores nationwide. 
Ms. Smith entered to win the Harley while visiting the RentWay store at 2930
Broadway in Riviera Beach.

RentWay has opened 35 new stores this fiscal year and now operates 785 stores
nationwide.  The Company plans to open an additional 12 to 17 stores before the
end of September 2005.
