Rubicon Project (NYSE: RUBI), the largest independent sell-side advertising platform, which merged with Telaria on April 1, 2020, today reported its results of operations for the first quarter ended March 31, 2020. Due to the timing of the closing, all financial information and tables include results for Rubicon Project only, except when noted.
