RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION

On April 6, 2017, Ruby Tuesday, Inc., a Georgia corporation, (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the fiscal quarter ended February 28, 2017.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
