NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Jun 18, 2014) - Resource Capital Corp. (NYSE: RSO) (the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.20 per common share for the quarter ending June 30, 2014. The dividend will be paid on July 28, 2014 to holders of record on June 30, 2014.

RSO is a real estate investment trust that is primarily focused on originating, holding and managing commercial mortgage loans and other commercial real estate-related debt and equity investments.
