R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company (NYSE:RRD) (the “Company”) announced today that it will report first-quarter results after the close of business on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 and host a conference call on Wednesday, May 3, 2017. The conference call and live webcast will begin at 9:00 am Eastern time. The live webcast will be accessible on the Company’s web site: www.rrdonnelley.com.

Individuals wishing to dial in to the call must register in advance at the following link.
